Returning Headphones:

You will find a UPS return shipping label inside your road case. Upon completion of your event, please follow these five easy steps:

1. Remove the existing shipping label from the road case.
2. Place the new shipping label (provided inside the envelope) on the road case.
3. Apply zip ties (provided inside the envelope) through each hole on both sides of the road case(s).
4. Drop off the road case at your local UPS store the next business day after your event.
